License Agreement
AZMX AI is free to download and proprietary software. These are the terms of use.
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and the publisher of AZMX AI (“Publisher”) governing your use of the AZMX AI application and any updates, documentation, and accompanying files (collectively, the “Software”).
By installing, copying, or using the Software you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1 · License grant
The Publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your own internal use, subject to this Agreement.
2 · Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, internal logic, or underlying ideas of the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this restriction.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or lend the Software, or any part of it, to any third party.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.
- Use the Software to build a competing product or service.
- Use the Software in violation of applicable law.
3 · Bring-your-own-key (BYOK) and third-party services
AZMX AI is a client that connects to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) using credentials you supply. You are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining and complying with the terms of those third-party services.
- All charges incurred against your API keys.
- The content you send and receive through those services.
The Publisher is not a party to your relationship with any third-party AI provider and disclaims responsibility for their behavior, availability, content moderation, billing, and data handling.
4 · Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Publisher retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license expressly set forth in this Agreement.
5 · Updates
The Software may automatically check for, download, and install updates. You consent to receive such updates as part of your use of the Software. Updates are governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.
6 · Telemetry
The Software does not transmit usage telemetry to the Publisher. Network activity occurs only at your explicit request — AI requests to third-party providers, update checks against the public release endpoint, and web preview loads — and is described in the documentation and Privacy Policy.
7 · Disclaimer of warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE PUBLISHER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8 · Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE PUBLISHER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE; (B) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SOFTWARE; OR (C) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
9 · Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Publisher may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and uninstall it from all devices.
10 · Changes
The Publisher may revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after a revised version is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
